Description
A Vacuum Impregnation Plant is a precision-engineered system designed for sealing porosity in motor, transformers and coil components, and other porous materials. By utilizing vacuum and pressure cycles, the plant ensures complete penetration of impregnation resin into microscopic pores and leak paths, enhancing the strength, reliability, and leak-tightness of the component without affecting its dimensions or mechanical properties. The impregnation process involves three main stages — vacuum, impregnation, and curing. Components are placed inside a vacuum chamber where air and gases are evacuated from internal pores. The impregnation resin is then introduced under controlled vacuum and pressure, allowing deep penetration. Finally, excess resin is drained, and the components are cured to solidify the resin within the pores, achieving permanent sealing.
